Amiens defender Emil Krafth is in England today to finalise a move to Newcastle United.
Krafth has traveled to England to undergo his medical examination and then sign a four-year contract with Newcastle.
The player's agent Patrick Mork told SportExpressen: "The only thing I can say is that it is close with a new club for Emil.
"Otherwise, I can't comment on anything more right now."
Newcastle upped their offer to 1.5m this week for the Swede.
