West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini insists Jack Wilshere is fully fit.
Pellegrini has played down any worries over Wilshere's fitness after the midfielder was substituted against Manchester City last weekend.
"Jack is working without any problems in our squad," he said.
"He's working with our team. We don't have any problem about that.
"He's okay."
