Tammy Abraham is not shying away from the competition for places at Chelsea.

The young striker returned from his season long loan at Aston Villa, having helped the side to promotion from the Championship.

While Villa wanted him back, Chelsea's transfer ban has presented a chance for Abraham to show his quality. And the 21-year-old is raring to go.

"It's nice to have that competition with people you look up to. I have grown up watching players like Olivier Giroud, so it's nice to see be in the same team as him," Abraham told the club's official website.

"I like pressure. It drives me on. I have had pressure wherever I've been. Having competition such as Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi is fantastic. I'm only striving to be better.

"I want to achieve everything possible. The sky's the limit. Being at a top club like Chelsea you're in big competitions, so hopefully I can get my hands on a couple of trophies at Chelsea too."
