Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer promoted four youngsters to first team training this week.

Young quartet Di'Shon Bernard, Largie Ramazani, D'Mani Mellor and Teden Mengi all trained with the first team on Wednesday ahead of this weekend's fixture against Sheffield United.

They join Angel Gomes, Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong, James Garner, Matej Kovar, Ethan Laird, Charlie Wellens, Brandon Williams and Dylan Levitt as members of the academy to have been promoted to first team training bySolskjaer this season.

Bernard, formerly of Chelsea, is a 19-year-old centre-back, who has been impressing with his performances for the Under-23s this season. Ramazani is from Belgium, having come through the Anderlecht academy, before a spell at Charlton Atheltic saw him sign for United in August 2017. Mellor is a forward who is getting plenty of chances at U23 level due to Mason Greenwood's inclusion in the first team squad.

Centre-half Mengi is still only 17 and, having signed his first professional contract earlier this season, the Nigerian-born youngster is already turning heads at Old Trafford, with many rating him very highly.
