Ajax defender Joel Veltman admits he's ready to leave this summer.
The fullback is a target for West Ham United.
"I am open for a transfer," Veltman told De Telegraaf today.
I am now 27 years old, I have a one-year contract after this and this is a good moment in itself. But it still takes a little coffee. There is certainly some interest, but not really concrete yet.
"My matches in the Champions League last season have been a good calling card."
