Manchester United are stepping up plans to overhaul their recruiting team.
Jobs for first-team scouts in Spain and France, as well as a recruitment analyst, are available at Old Trafford.
Talent spotters in Spain and France will be tasked with attending and watching matches in their respective areas and completing scouting reports and providing player ratings.
While the new recruitment analyst will need to process and study reports that come in and "identify players who demonstrate the potential to play for the first team".
United's drive to find young talent is a completely different approach to recent years where they signed older stars like Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The Sun says they sent eight scouts to this month's Euros Under-21 Championship as they up their search for the future generation.
