And Le Sport 10 says Lille management are now willing to sell - though on one condition.
LOSC president Gerard Lopez will agree to cash in on Soumare in January so long as the buying club agrees to loan him back for the remainder of the season.
A deal for Tottenham could be a long shot, given the anger at Lille after losing coaching pair Nuno Santo and Joao Sacramento to Jose Mourinho's backroom team last week.
