Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is tightlipped over their plans to buy back PSG star Neymar.
He did affirm that "we know that he wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain, but we also know that PSG don't want to sell, so there's no case."
When asked if he still thinks Ousmane Dembele is better than Neymar, he responded: "Yes. Dembele is a young, talented player, different from other players in the game. I like him a lot. I consider him better than Neymar. He's going to grow a lot more and we want that to happen at Barcelona."
Asked again if he wants Neymar back, he added: "We never speak about a player at another club as a matter of respect. We also don't want other clubs to speak about our players."
