Aston Villa boss Dean Smith has told Jack Grealish to use his England snub as motivation.
The midfielder was again ignored by England coach Gareth Southgate for his latest squad this week.
Smith said, "He cannot control whether he is selected or not.
"Football is a game of opinions and at present the English national team coach does not want to choose him.
"His job now is to continue to perform at the level he is at and push himself."
