West Ham skipper Mark Noble admits he's a fan of new Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho.
West Ham take on rivals Tottenham in the early kickoff today.
Noble wrote for the London Evening Standard: "I do think Jose's appointment is a good one. I love him as a manager and the bottom line is his CV and the titles teams have won under him.
"He does divide opinion and some of the Spurs fans have expressed their concern about the style of play under Jose. But for me, as a professional player, all that matters is winning.
"He makes his debut as Spurs manager against us at the London Stadium and their fans will be expecting a 'bounce.' I don't know if Jose can change much that quickly and what's more important is that, in a West Ham v Spurs derby, I don't think it matters much anyway."
