Manchester City are close to signing West Bromwich Albion teenager Morgan Rogers.
City are in advanced talks with West Brom over a compensation package for the England U17 whizkid, according to the Daily Mail.
Rogers, 16, made his first-team debut against Brighton in the FA Cup in February.
The attacking midfielder has drawn comparisons to Tottenham star Dele Alli.
Albion have to let the youngster leave after he rejected their latest contract offer.
