West Ham midfielder Felipe Anderson admits playing in Serie A is more intense than Premier League.
Anderson, formerly of Lazio, admits football is a day-to-day prospect for fans in Italy.
He explained, "In Italy as soon as the calendar comes out they start to motivate you.
"One month before the derby they stop you in the street, they recommend you see make sure you're fit for the match.
"Here in England it is quieter during the week, but when the game starts, you feel the pressure."
