The Pole has seen a switch to AC Milan fall through in recent days.
But the Telegraph says Championship clubs are queuing up to sign Bielik.
Four sides want the 21-year-old on a season-long loan.
Bielik impressed during a spell with Charlton last season and this summer's Under-21 Championships and will be allowed to leave on loan again.
Brentford, Derby, Middlesbrough and West Brom have all been credited with interest.
