Real Sociedad refuse to drop their bid for Arsenal fullback Nacho Monreal.
Mundo Deportivo says La Real sports chief Robert Olabe is seeking a new left-back and is prioritising Monreal.
The former Osasuna defender enjoys great support inside the board room of La Real, where they have been trying to bring the 32 year-old back to Spain for over two years.
For the moment, Monreal is focused on preseason training at Arsenal and won't agitate for a move away.
However, Olabe has been told Arsenal are willing to sell for a reasonable price should he formalise their interest.
