Molde coach Erling Moe admits he's in regular contact with Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Moe was promoted at Molde after Solskjaer left for United last December.
He told VG: "Football, Molde, life and United. We have discussions and conversations around that. But most of all, we talk more as friends than we do right on the football field.
"He has a very good ability not to be pressed. He focuses on what he needs, and he handles it in an impressive way. I see that all bloggers and commentators have their opinion, and it is often related to the result, as it often is, but the picture is more complex than that.
"Many say it is not time to build in that club there, but that is how United was before Ole came, so they had to build. Then we all know that the short term is also a perspective in that."
