The agent of Emil Forsberg has accused RB Leipzig of pricing him out of a move away.
The Swede is interesting Everton, Arsenal and AS Roma.
"Last year, RB wanted Emil to stay for another year and that they would rather extend the contract than to sell. We accepted it," said Hasan Cetinkaya to BILD.
"They now say that they have no money to extend Emil's contract and therefore we want to talk to a new club.
"We were promised a reasonable transfer fee by the club this summer, but suddenly they are talking about 35-40m, that's incredible."
He added: "Emil is naturally disappointed. He has the chance to take the next step and those who gave him promises last summer do not hold them now."
