A pair of Grab delivery riders were captured clearing a clogged drain during a heavy downpour, a gesture that has since drawn widespread appreciation online.

In the video screenshot, the two riders, dressed in green raincoats, were seen by the roadside removing debris from a blocked drainage opening as water levels continued to rise. The scene was recorded by an onlooker from a building and later shared on social media that has been widely praised.
“Thank you to the kind Grab riders. Their actions deserve to be seen and acknowledged,” the user said.
According to the user, rising water levels on the road were making it difficult for vehicles to pass due to a drain blocked by accumulated rubbish. The two riders stopped their motorcycles and worked together to remove the debris, and help restore the water flow demonstrated a strong sense of civic responsibility.

Their practical and timely intervention, which carried out despite the rain and the unpleasant task—earned widespread praise online.
