AC Milan and West Ham United are battling for Spezia defender Jakub Kiwior.
According to Calciomercato, the Hammers submitted a €10m proposal to the Serie A club.
However, Spezia are confident that they can receive a higher figure for the 22-year-old.
Kiwior, who plays as a centre-back, has won two caps for Poland.
