Italian giants AC Milan are in direct contact with Chelsea regarding USA international Christian Pulisic.
The American is a hot target for the San Siro club, who want to get back to the top of Serie A after a poor season.
Per The Athletic, Milan will face a battle to secure Pulisic, as French giants Lyon are also interested.
For his part, Pulisic would welcome a move to Italy, as he would be a regular starter.
Milan have put in a bid of 10 million, but that is nowhere near enough to satisfy Chelsea.
The Blues will want a fee that is more than double that amount, given Pulisic is still young and highly rated.
