AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud admits he was unhappy being substituted during the Champions League win against Dinamo Zagreb.
Giroud scored from the spot for the 3-1 win.
He later said, "The secret is that I always want to help the team, I'm a competitive type.
"I was a bit disappointed to go out, I want always play and do more.
"For me it is normal that when you are substituted you are not happy to go to the bench, but I understand the choice of the coach. It was the sixth game in 19 days, it is normal to have to rest a little."
