AC Monza chief exec Adriano Galliani admits they rejected a massive offer for coach Raffaele Palladino over the summer.

Galliani concedes they'll eventually lose Palladino to a bigger club.

He told Monza-News: "Palladino received a sensational offer this summer, but he kept his word to Silvio Berlusconi and stayed. Chapeau. If I'm afraid that Palladino will one day go to Inter, Milan or Juve? I believe that one day he will go and I will be happy for him."

He also said: "There are no negotiations underway so that Monza can be sold. At most we are looking for a partner. Silvio Berlusconi's children respect their father's choices, even accepting the entirety of the will.

"My passion for Monza is absolute, I will certainly remain at Monza with the ownership of Fininvest which we hope will remain as long as possible."
