MANILA, Philippines—Antipolo 2nd District Rep. Philip Conrad Acop took his oath as a member of the House of Representatives on Monday.
Speaker Faustino Dy III administered the oath during the plenary session.
Acop won the special election held last week. His father Romeo, died while serving as the district's representative last year.
