Agent Andrea Pellegatti has no doubts about the potential of Chelsea signing Kendry Paez.
Paez will join Chelsea from Independiente della Valle when he turns 18.
Pellagatti told TMW: He is one of the rising stars of international football.
"He has already made his debut in the Copa Libertadores. He is already in the senior national team. Chelsea are active in their recruitment. They have signed him for 2025.
"We will certainly hear a lot about him."
