USL Dunkerque are closing a deal for former Everton midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin.
Gbamin has been a free agent since negotiating a release from his Everton contract a year early last summer.
Foot Mercato says he is now signing for L2 USL Dunkerque.
The midfielder will pen a deal to the end of the season with the French club with the aim of earning a longer contract.
The team from the North Sea coast is currently 19th in the table.
