AGF hope to close a deal this weekend, but are not be without competition.
The Northern Irishman also has interest from Championship clubs Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham.
Peacock-Farrell has less than a year on his contract and made four Premier League appearances for Burnley back in the 2020/21 season.
