MANILA, Philippines—The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) launched an artificial intelligence-driven university policy hub, aimed at simplifying access to institutional policies for students.

The hub, in partnership with the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), uses a collection of university policy documents designed to answer questions about university policies without requiring technical or legal knowledge from users.

DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr. said the new hub would help prevent confusion among students and democratize information.

“Policies that are hard to access or understand may result in confusion and inefficiency, but with the University Policy Hub, we address this challenge head‑on. With this new hub, we are taking a step forward in strengthening transparency, accessibility, and good governance in higher education,” said Solidum.
