Kota Kinabalu: Language learning, particularly in English, is a vital “equipment” for pupils – particularly in rural districts – and should be taught for them to master as it would provide opportunities in various fields in the future.

Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu Pearl (RCKK Pearl) President Rosie Chong said students or younger generations should be given the opportunity as well as resources to empower their abilities to use the English language.
