
Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Customs Department said they have confiscated over 5.2 million smuggled cigarettes in Sandakan.
The seizure, valued at RM526,228, was the result of a joint effort between the Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan Customs Enforcement Divisions acting on intelligence.
Three local men, aged between 33 and 47, were also detained to facilitate investigations.
