Ajax expect Arsenal to make a new offer for Jurrien Timber.
The Holland defender was the subject of a 30m bid by the Gunners earlier this week.
Ajax rejected the offer, insisting he will only leave for 60m.
However, De Telegraaf says Ajax would be willing to sell if Arsenal come up with a proposal of 40-50m.
Arsenal are ready to make a new offer for Timber in the coming days.
