De Telegraaf says Ajax have made their move after pulling out of a deal for Sevilla attacker Lucas Ocampos.
Ocampos was all set to move to Ajax as a replacement for Manchester United signing Antony. However, the demands of a €20m fee by Sevilla were deemed too rich by Ajax's supervisory board.
Instead, they've returned to talks with Chelsea for Ziyech.
Ajax hope to reach a loan arrangement for their former star, though Chelsea would prefer an outright sale.
