Manchester City new boy Manuel Akanji expressed his delight at making his debut for the club.
The recent recruit from Borussia Dortmund was impressive as the Citizens secured a 4-0 win in the Champions League group stages against Sevilla.
City's goals came from Erling Haaland (2), Ruben Dias, and Phil Foden.
Asked if his ex-Borussia Dortmund teammate Haaland influenced him to join City, Akanji stated: "He texted me before I came and when City calls you ,I didn't have to think twice!
"He only told me good things about the club and I'm happy I made the decision to come here."
