SHAH ALAM - The wife of entrepreneur and social media influencer Ridzuan Ridzokumura, Akiko Okumura, passed away on Friday.
The heartbreaking news was confirmed by Ridzuan, 50, through a post on social media.
"Al-Fatihah for my late wife, Akiko Okumura, who has left me and my child forever," he wrote.
Many of Ridzuan’s followers were shocked by the news, especially as Akiko had appeared in a live broadcast just last night.
At this time, the cause of her death remains unknown.
Ridzuan’s niece, actress Zarina Zainuddin, has not responded to the matter.
Ridzuan and Akiko, a Japanese citizen, were married in February 2009.
The couple’s only child, Sky Taizo Okumura, had just celebrated his 13th birthday yesterday.
