realme Malaysia has just released the latest realme Note 80 locally, designed as a durable entry-level smartphone with a focus on long battery life and everyday reliability. Here’s a quick look at it.

image is not availablePowered by an octa-core T7250 chipset built on a 12nm process, the realme Note 80 packs a 6.74-inch 90Hz Eye Comfort Display with Real DC Dimming to reduce eye strain during extended use.

Despite its slim 7.94mm and 197g body, it houses a large 6,300mAh battery with 15W fast charging and reverse charging support for reliable all-day power. The proprietary Bionic Repair Technology also helps maintain 80% battery health after over 1,000 charge cycles, ensuring up to 48 months of durability even in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C.

Focusing on durability, the realme Note 80 boasts ArmorShell Protection with MIL-STD-810H certification for enhanced shock resistance. It includes raised corner protection, internal foam cushioning, and reinforced glass for added strength.

With up to 300% improved bend resistance, a 1.8m drop rating, and IP54 dust and water resistance, the smartphone is built to handle everyday use, alongside wet-hand touch support and sound-based speaker water ejection.
