Amazon is synonymous with speedy shipping. Meanwhile, Amazon Haul takes a slightly different approach. Landing in the UK last year, it prioritises affordability – but shoppers need to be willing to wait longer for items to arrive (between one to two weeks).
Amazon says everything listed on Haul is within the £20 price bracket. In fact, many items are actually closer to less than £10 and some cost as little as £1.

What is Amazon Haul?
Amazon Haul lives within Amazon and the Amazon shopping app, and it lists a huge range of fashion, home, electronics, lifestyle products and more at very low prices. These budget-friendly prices are because everything is sourced directly from the manufacturer. While the products available through Amazon Haul are mostly unbranded or white label, it’s also possible to spot big-name brands such as Beauty of Joseon, Beauty Pie, Kitchenaid and Salter.
What’s worth noting is that some of the same products found on Amazon Haul can also be spotted within Amazon’s regular storefront. Occasionally, the price of a product will be the same or very similar on Amazon Haul to the generic Amazon storefront, although the idea is that Amazon Haul is cheaper.
Shoppers can look at the ‘crazy low’ section for particularly cheap prices.

Do you pay extra for Amazon Haul?
No, you don’t need a specific subscription or to pay extra fees to use Amazon Haul. With that being said, there’s a flat £2.99 delivery fee on orders of less than £15 (more than £15 and delivery is free).
It’s worth bearing in mind that the benefit of free shipping that comes with Amazon Prime doesn’t apply when using Amazon Haul, even if you have an Amazon Prime subscription.
How long does Amazon Haul take to deliver?
Beyond prices, the main difference is speed. Amazon Haul products are shipped directly from the manufacturer which is usually based in China, meaning shipping can take a lot longer than it does when shopping from Amazon’s main storefront. With Amazon you can usually get same-day delivery or delivery takes up to five days, while with Amazon Haul you can expect to wait between one to two weeks for your purchased products to arrive.
Does Amazon Haul do returns?
The return policy is also different. Amazon’s 30-day returns policy doesn't apply to Amazon Haul. While returns are still free with Amazon Haul, you’ll need to request a return quickly, within 15 days. If you request the return after this point, you won’t be able to return the item.
How do I access Amazon Haul?
If you're shopping on the regular Amazon storefront, you can access the platform by clicking the Amazon Haul option in the main navigation bar. You can also get to Amazon Haul through the Amazon app, you just need to search for it.
Are the items in Amazon haul used?
No, Amazon Haul products are brand new.
