
- Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor says he was chased by an alleged stalker, Alex Jenkinson, wearing a balaclava near his Sandringham home on 6 May.
- Alex Jenkinson, 39, is charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and denies the public order offence.
- Suffolk Police are also seeking a civil Stalking Protection Order against Jenkinson, relying on evidence from Andrew and phone searches.
- During a Westminster Magistrates’ Court hearing, Jenkinson was absent as he was not permitted to bring his support dog, Indie, into the building.
- The court adjourned the Stalking Protection Order application, with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and other witnesses required to give evidence again, and set future hearing dates for the criminal trial and the Stalking Protection Order.
