Angelica Lopez’s bid for a third consecutive Miss Grand International crown ended after she failed to advance to the Top 11 of the 2026 competition.
Her elimination came after the swimsuit round, where delegates strutted the runway in apple-green swimsuits to the tune of Dua Lipa’s “Whatchu Doing.” Côte d’Ivoire claimed the Best in Swimsuit award.
Advancing to the Top 11 were Thailand, Venezuela, the Netherlands, Tanzania, Mexico, Vietnam, Ecuador, Guatemala, Cuba, Côte d’Ivoire and Puerto Rico.
