TAMPARULI: Annette Rabecca Januin @ Abdon, 24, who represented Labuan Upko, was crowned 2023 Upko Unduk Ngadau Kaamatan.
She defeated 21 other contestants to bring home RM3,000, a crown and a trophy at the finals held at Tun Hamdan Hall, here, Sunday.
