Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim will launch the National Education Plan 2026-2035 today, a reform for fairer opportunities and stronger values.

PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will launch the National Education Plan (RPN) 2026-2035 today.

The plan is a national education reform aimed at building a fairer and more competitive future for children based on strong values.

Anwar said the initiative involves the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education.

“This is an education reform for a future where children have fairer opportunities, are more competitive and rooted in values, so that they can build meaningful and dignified lives,” he stated.

The launch ceremony is scheduled for 12.30 pm at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre.

The RPN 2026-2035 is a strategic plan covering the entire national education ecosystem from schools to higher education.

A previous joint statement said the launch reflects the MADANI government’s commitment to strengthening a quality, inclusive and globally competitive education system. – Bernama
