- Asda on Wednesday announced it was rolling out adult-sized trolley seats to tackle “shopping chaos” while Tesco unveiled its latest product: a giant boiled egg. Boots Opticians suggested it was launching weather-reactive glasses.
- Meanwhile, fruit company Dole revealed its latest culinary creation - the tinned Hawaiian pizza, with Terry’s suggesting it was bringing a Chocolate Orange phone case to the market and Ikea, a meatball lollipop.
