ARANETA Properties Inc. has postponed its annual stockholders’ meeting to Dec. 7 from the original Nov. 18 schedule, saying it needed more time to complete regulatory and notice requirements.
The property firm said its board of directors approved the postponement on Oct. 22.
The company said it still had to complete the requirements and comply with the distribution and publication rules prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and applicable notice regulations, hence the decision to move the annual meeting 19 days later than originally scheduled.
Shares of Araneta Properties closed unchanged at P0.255 each on Thursday.
