KUALA LUMPUR — Armed Forces Chief of Joint Staff Major General Datuk Mohamed Fauzi Kamis, pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here on Friday to a charge of criminal breach of trust involving RM5 million from the Armed Forces Welfare Fund (TKAT) three years ago.

Mohamed Fauzi, 56, entered the plea after the charge was read out before Judge Suzana Hussin.

“I understand the charge. I plead not guilty and request a trial,” he said, appearing in court wearing a blue coat.
