Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz.
Arsenal have already made a £20m bid for the midfielder but Villa are refusing to let the Brazilian leave.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Arsenal and Luiz have arranged personal terms but the clubs remain unable to reach an agreement.
Luiz has just one year remaining on his contract and is thought to want to join Arsenal before the deadline.
