Arsenal fullback Cedric Soares is set to join Fulham.
ESPN says negotiations between Arsenal and Fulham have progressed in recent days, resulting in the agreement for a loan to the end of the season.
In the transfer agreement, there will be no option to buy and Fulham will pay the fullback's wages.
Cdric, 31, has been with Arsenal since 2019/20 and has only played four games for the Gunners in the current season.
A European champion for Portugal in 2016, he has also represented Southampton, Inter, Sporting and Acadmica.
