Real Valladolid have accepted offers from Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund for Ivan Fresneda.
The young fullback is leaving Valladolid this week.
The Athletic says Arsenal and BVB have both had bids of 15m accepted by Valladolid.
Now the final decision will be left to Fresneda.
However, Valladolid have insisted on one condition: that the 18 year-old spends the remainder of the season on-loan.
