Arsenal attacker Kai Havertz was critical of ref Anthony Taylor after Sunday's 0-0 draw at Manchester City.
Havertz felt Taylor was too quick to whistle and didn't let the game flow.
"In England, people are not used to the referee blowing the whistle so quickly, but we accepted it," said Havertz.
"We could not influence it.
"It was his decision, but I don't think anyone was 100 percent happy today."
