Arsenal defender Taylor Foran has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The 18-year-old central defender joined in May 2012 and has shown his natural leadership qualities on several occasions.
He burst onto the scene with the U-23s in unusual fashion, when he made his debut in goal; Foran had to come on as an emergency goalkeeper against Manchester City in October 2020.
Foran played 28 games last season, including twice in the PL2. As well as captaining the U-18's numerous times, he also got on the scoresheet twice.
“I'm absolutely buzzing, it's been a dream come true," he told Arsenal Media.
“Everyone around the building is so nice, the vibe is just unexplainable, everyone is out to help each other and I just knew it was the right place for me to continue my journey".
