Arsenal are said to have withdrawn from the race to sign Moises Caicedo.
The Brighton and Ecuador star is a hot property wanted by the top clubs in England.
Per The Times, Arsenal are finalizing a deal for Declan Rice and will not be signing Caicedo as well.
As a consequence, the two clubs battling it out for his signature are Manchester United and Chelsea.
Brighton, who already sold Alexis Mac Allister to Liverpool, want 80 million for Caicedo.
The player does want to leave, as he was also angling for a transfer away from the club in January.
