However, the Gunners have gone cold on the Brighton ace as they close in on a deal for West Ham captain Declan Rice.
Chelsea have maintained contact and Caicedo is now willing to join the Blues.
Sky Deutchland's Florian Plettenburg is reporting Caicedo is happy to accept a move to Stamford Bridge.
