Arsenal legend Tony Adams says a lack of depth saw them blow the Premier League title.
Defeat at Nottingham Forest has confirmed Manchester City as champions.
Adams said, "Arsenal have just run out of resources. A few players have fallen out of form and they didn't have the back-up available.
"They have done brilliantly. Bukayo Saka is probably the young player of the season. It's just a shame that it all fell apart at the end. Manchester City are an unbelievable team.
"It's about players this game. When you have the resources, the back-ups, you're only as good as those people that can come in. When you have the resources, you win titles."
