Arsenal are challenging Manchester United for Porto midfielder Vitinha.
The young midfielder, who spent part of the previous season on-loan with Wolves, is set to leave Porto this summer.
Record says a return to England is the most likely option, with United and Arsenal willing to meet the €40m buyout clause in Vitinha's deal.
The 22-year-old scored four goals and five assists in 47 competitive games for Porto last season.
Vitinha has three caps with Portugal and a deal with Porto to 2024.
